Toy store

Caught public transport up from mandurah specifically to visit the store as it is the closest to me, got there at 2:30 on a Friday to see it was closed. I had checked before leaving their opening hours and even on the door it says that they should be open. I'm sure the store is great but it's quite annoying to not have the right hours listed.

Whoever is in control of ordering is useless. Nothing in size 36 for black pants and not 1 2XL dress shirt. Always the case

I bought an electric razor from this branch. I returned it after 6 months as it was faulty. I thought that maybe I was just unlucky and got a bad batch . I said I just wanted to exchange it for the same model. No problem the customer service staff said and it was exchanged. Less than 6 months later the same model stopped working. I returned it for a refund only to be told that NO! You can't have one. You have to have a credit voucher. The policy has changed, and I was refused a refund. I said but it's faulty. I was told that because I had exchanged it. I was only entitled to a voucher. Even though BOTH razors were faulty goods and at no stage was I told originally that if I exchanged it like for like, I would not get my money back.I contacted customer services by phone and was told that I should've been told when I exchanged the initial faulty razor, that I would NOT be entitled to a refund should that one break.Customer service said a refund would be granted under these circumstances and contacted Clarkson branch. I was told they would be in contact with me 'shortly'. After 6 days I had heard nothing so re contacted customer services by email. I did not get a reply. I have still heard nothing and have had not one contact after nearly a month. Absolutely terrible.

Went to innaloo kmart today to buy something and when I went through the checkout it scanned at a different price I then was told that is the price I just didn't look properly. I said fair enough. I went back had another look double checked the model number against the ticket yep sure enough I was correct. I asked for assistance and the assistant came and scanned it and said the tickets haven't been changed and took them all off in front of me and then said the price is the price. I would have still bought the product if they had just matched the price. Could not add a photo because I didn't think to take a picture before asking for help. So far the worst experience I've had in a kmart.

It was a shame that I did not check their stock of kids umbrella on Kmart website before driving to this store but it was lucky to find some good quality kids shoes were on clearance.And the shop staff working in kids cloth department was very kind and polite when she let me know that there was no stock at the point of my visit.Will come back for another good finds.

Plenty of parking outside the mall and it's in the mall so there are other shops you can visit. I often find this Kmart is out of stock of items eg., particular brand of undies, bike items, toys on special. There's not a huge range of items but enough for the basics.

Saw a couple of yobbo kids stealing toys. The employees didn't seem to care, the alarm went off but nobody seemed bothered about it. Poor customer service as well.

Great shop, unfortunately out of principle I won’t return. My almost 3 year old announced he urgently had to wee, I’m not a local... so I asked if they had a toilet he could use... the lady told me no and to go next door to the CWA that was closed!!!!!! Being a toddler when he says he has to go he has to go so he went on a tree....shame on you lady! What’s the harm in letting a little kid use your toilet.

Very reasonable prices and would be heaps of fun for children

Top tier store, everyone was so friendly
